Holiday Style Diary

As you may know, I've just come back from France (where, I hasten to add - it was BOILING) and I have prepared a little diary of my outfits.

Outfit 1

  • Blazer - New Look
  • Leggings - Topshop
  • Shoes - Boohoo
  • I wore this outfit to a meal with family near Bordeaux, the warm weather hadn't yet set in so I opted for versatile cross pattern leggings, a cropped top and blazer.  The shoes were the inspiration behind my previous post about Alexander Mcqueen and skulls, I am completely in love with them!

Outfit 2

  • T-Shirt - Topshop
  • Shorts - A vintage market in Shoreditch, London
  • Sandals - New Look
  • This was our first day of sun and I intended to tan, tan, tan!  The shorts are cut off Levi's jeans that were a bargain in a vintage market (don't but them from Urban Outiftters - it's a lovely shop with an AMAZing urban renewal section but the prices can get absurd).
Outfit 3
  • Jumper - Urban Outfitters
  • Shorts - Hollister
  • Shoes - Vans
  • Yes, OK, despite what I said about Urban Outfitters I did fall completely in love with this jumper.  These shorts are from 2011 and I haven't stopped wearing them, in the summer and in the winter with tights!

Outfit 4

  • Boob Tube - New Look
  • Shorts - Topshop
  • Shoes - New Look
  • This look was really simple just for a day at the pool, hanging around and not really doing a lot.  I had this top for my birthday and loved it straight away.  The shoes are like TOMs, navy made from a canvas-like material.

Outfit 5
  • Shirt - Hollister
  • Shorts - Vintage market, Shoreditch, London
  • Shoes - Vans
  • I loved this outfit, it was so comfortable and perfect for the warm weather.  I bought the shirt the same time that I bought the Hollister shorts and definately consider it an investment, it's a staple item that I think every girl needs, a nice, fitted shirt.
Outfit 6
  • Vest - Hollister
  • Cardigan - Hollister
  • Skirt - New Look
  • Yes, I like Hollister.  This cardigan is one of the nicest cardigans I own, on the left side there if flower detailing and I think the colour is amazing.  I had the skirt along side the boob tube for my birthday, and, again, I love it.  It's thin enough to wear on hot nights, and I like that it sits on the waist rather than the hips.

So, I hope you all enoyed!  What were you all wearing on holiday this year?

Thank you!
Ellie x
